Silicone eclairs molds are ideal for making regular eclairs.
The molds come in 9 sizes: 6, 12, 12 plus, 13, 13 plus, 14, 14 plus, 15, 15 plus.
You can complement the eclairs mold with the icing mold.
This will enable you to create the perfect glaze for your eclair, with incomparable consistency.
For an eclair of 6, choose a 5cm icing or a 6 fondant.
For a 12 or 12 plus eclair, choose a 11cm icing or a 12 fondant.
For a 13 or 13 plus eclair, choose a 12cm icing or a 13 fondant.
For a 14 or 14 plus eclair, choose a 13cm icing or a 14 fondant.
For a 15 or 15 plus eclair, choose a 14cm icing or a 15 fondant.
Please note that additional production time is required for all large orders of batches of molds. Thank you for your understanding.
Temperature of use:
– Contact with foodstuffs containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2h
– Contact with other types of foodstuffs: -70°C/+200°C
Do not bake éclairs in the molds. Molds designed for poaching eclairs.
The ridged silicone eclairs molds are ideal for making regular éclairs.
You can complement the eclairs mold with icing or fondant molds.
These will enable you to create a finish perfectly suited to your eclairs, while ensuring incomparable regularity.
