You can complement the fondant mold for éclairs with the eclairs mold.
For a 6cm mini eclair, choose a 6 fondant.
For a 12cm eclair, choose a 12 fondant.
For a 13cm eclair, choose a 13 fondant.
For a 14cm eclair, choose a 14 fondant.
For a 15cm eclair, choose a 15 fondant.

Temperature of use:
– Contact with foodstuffs containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2h
– Contact with other types of foodstuffs: -70°C/+200°C

These molds are not intended for oven use. These molds are intended for fondant or icing molding.

Precautions for use

· When using silicone molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours
· When using silicone molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C
