Pour tous retours nous vous laissons 14 jours de réflexions pour vous décider. Et pour tout achat non déballé, non utilisé), vous pouvez demander un remboursement. Lors de l’achat d’un pack comprenant plusieurs produits, tous les produits doivent être retournés, non ouverts et dans leurs emballages d’origine.

Les produits personnalisés ne peuvent pas être retournés.

. Les produits ne soient ni ouverts, ni utilisés, ni consommés.

. Le retour de vos produits soit fait dans le délai des 14 jours (à partir de la date la réception).
