RETURN CONDITIONS

In order to facilitate the process of returning your products, we have put in place simple return conditions. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products to us, without having to inform us in advance of your intention to return the items.

Return conditions

The products you wish to return must be new.
Moulds and pastry equipment must not have been previously used.
For moulds sold in batches, we will only take back complete batches.
Clothing and accessories must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging.
Personalised items (embroidery or engraving) and made-to-measure items cannot be taken back.

Please note that if these conditions are not met, no refund will be made.

Return procedure

Returns are made automatically of your own free will without prior request. Simply follow the procedure explained below.
We do not exchange products. If you wish to make an exchange, you should ask for the product to be refunded and then place the order again.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. At illDESIGN, we advocate thoughtful consumption. Not only does each return have an impact on the environment and our carbon footprint, but it also generates significant expenses for our company, including delivery and logistics processing costs.

How do you return?

  1. Make sure you check your eligibility for product returns (deadline and condition of the product).

  2. Print out the returns form, fill it in and enclose it with the return parcel.

  3. Prepare to send your parcel by choosing the service provider of your choice.
    The parcel must be sent to the following address

    To the attention of illDESIGN France
    10 rue du Vent
    17220 Saint-Médard-d’Aunis
    FRANCE

    You can send your parcel with Mondial Relay. Choose Nuances Gourmandes macarons as the recipient.

  4. Print and stick the label on your parcel. Then drop off your parcel at the establishment of your choice.

  5. Once your parcel has been received and checked, your request will be processed by our teams; we will inform you of its progress as soon as possible.

Your refund

Once your return has been checked by our services, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the date your return is received in our warehouses.
