V2 T-shirts are the trendy, casual alternative. Made from breathable, comfortable pique knit fabric, they are manufactured in Europe’s finest workshops. Ideally designed for food professionals, these t-shirts are also highly fashionable for sports use or everyday personal wear.
Please note that the colors of our V2 T-shirts are different from those of our V2 polo shirts. illDESIGN T-shirts run relatively small, so we advise you to size up. (See return conditions)

Size guide
The size guide is based on t-shirt measurements. We recommend that you measure a t-shirt you like the fit of so that you can compare the dimensions with our V2 t-shirt.
Customisation
You can personalise your T-shirt in five areas: on the front, heart side and right side, on the left shoulder, on the upper back and on the collar.
Embroidery areas are limited. That’s why we limit the number of characters to 16 for text embroidery and the size of logos to a maximum of 8x8cm.
The file must be of good quality in clipped format without background (png), or in a format that can be modified for graphics processing (ai, psd, pdf, etc.). Please avoid jpeg format, which is difficult to work with because it is a photo format with poor definition. If the file is not usable, a surcharge will be assessed.
illDESIGN declines all responsibility for authorising the use of embroidered labels and logos.
A proof of your personalised t-shirt will be sent to you following your order and even before production. This will include your entire configuration. It must be signed and returned to us before production begins.
Please note that personalised products cannot be returned.

Home delivery
Delivery time:
1 to 3 working days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
An email is sent to you by the carrier when they collect your parcel.

Delivery time:
4 to 6 working days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
An e-mail will be sent to you when your parcel is available at the collection point you have selected. Remember to bring proof of identity to collect your parcel.

Allow around 48 hours for your order to be prepared if it does not include a personalised product. If your order includes a personalised product, the lead time will be longer. In this case, you will receive an email from our team telling you that your parcel is available.

Machine dry in moderation
Our t-shirts contain cotton. In order to preserve all its qualities, it is important not to wash the t-shirts too hot, otherwise you risk having shrinkage problems. Our T-shirts contain polyester. It is advisable to iron inside out, otherwise you run the risk of shining the fibres and getting an undesirable shiny appearance. Be careful not to iron the embroidery too hot, otherwise you risk melting the iron-on backing.
To preserve the quality of your T-shirt, we recommend that you do not wear it underneath other garments such as aprons. Contact between the fabrics can lead to pilling of the T-shirt.
