Petals HISTORY, ADVICE, USE

Imagined and created by Guillaume Mabilleau, the PETALS silicone mold was developed for the creation of the chocolate masterpiece during the final of the “one of the Best Workers in France” competition in 2011. The idea was simply based on the making chocolate flowers very quickly and without the need for additional handling, such as velvet or cocoa butter spray. This famous hanging piece will remain a memorable piece in the memories of French pastry… The PETALS mold includes 16 cavities and will allow you to make chocolate flowers in a very short time. It will take about 64 petals for an average flower about 9cm in diameter, and about 128 petals for a large flower about 12cm in diameter. In combination with LA BOITE BLEUE, the petals mold will be ideal for finishing your wedding cake in style!
