Enhance your desserts with our Cabosse illDESIGN France silicone mold, designed to create lifelike trompe-l’oeil effects. Designed for chefs, this mold faithfully reproduces the curves of a real cocoa pod, giving your desserts a spectacular visual effect.

The peduncles are only included with the “individual cakes” size. They are not provided with the petit fours size, as the dimensions are too small to allow for their inclusion.

Usage temperature:
· Contact with food products containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2 hours
· Contact with other types of food products: -70°C/+200°C

These molds are not intended for use in the oven for baking cakes. These molds are intended for the preparation of desserts.

Precautions for use

· When using silicone moulds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
· When using silicone moulds with other types of food products, the following usage temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C.
