Ideal for trompe l’oeil, this mold faithfully reproduces the characteristic shapes and details of almonds, offering a strong visual impact in shop windows. It allows you to work with mousses, inserts, ganaches, or chocolate preparations with great precision.

Operating temperature:
· Contact with food products containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2 hours
· Contact with other types of food products: -70°C/+200°C

These molds are not designed to be used in the oven for baking cakes. These molds are designed for preparing desserts.

Precautions for use

· When using silicone moulds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
· When using silicone moulds with other types of food products, the following usage temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C.
