Self-taught, Guillaume Mabilleau has developed his expertise in the field by taking his own photos and videos of pastries. We are now equipped with professional equipment: NIKON camera, studio flash, professional retouching software… We have developed our video expertise for our professional use, in particular for films shown at trade fairs or in shops. We then perfected our skills by editing recipes and demonstrating equipment. We now produce all the photos and videos for our websites, social networks, flyers… and if we can do it for ourselves, we can also do it for you! We work for all types of projects near La Rochelle, in France and all over the world.
OUR HISTORY
Imagined and created by Guillaume Mabilleau, illDESIGN France is a registered trademark. The famous “ill” logo is none other than the three common letters of the first name “Guillaume” and the name “Mabilleau”. The illDESIGN France brand brings together all the knowledge and know-how of the famous pastry chef who has been converted into a designer, photographer, graphic artist, web master, stylist…!
Guillaume Mabilleau began his career in the Maine-et-Loire region of France, before embarking on a tour of France that included prestigious addresses.
He was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier in 2011 at the age of 28, and is now one of the prodigies of French pastry-making.
Guillaume Mabilleau’s passion is to be of service to pastry professionals, but also to all those who find themselves in his various fields. The love of a job well done is the hobbyhorse of the pastry chef and he takes great pleasure in helping you develop your creations and your image.
THE CREATION
Specialized in 3D printing by FDM, illDESIGN is equipped with a fleet of high-end ULTIMAKER printers. We work for all types of projects all over the world. Equipped with professional software, we are able to design your projects in 2D / 3D. Prototyping, 3D plans… we work from an idea, a sketch, a drawing for any type of customer, professional or private.
Our different skills in 3D modelling and 3D printing allow us to imagine, design and manufacture our own food grade silicone moulds in our workshops in France. We offer a wide range of silicone moulds dedicated to pastry and created by our Chef MOF pastry chef!
INNOVATIVE CUSTOMISED TEXTILE
We create our own clothing designs for all types of customers and areas. Our flagship product, the POLO, is our very first creation. This garment is suitable for food professionals as well as for sportsmen and women and for everyday casual wear. We have selected the most renowned European companies in the field for the highest quality manufacturing. Our garments are made to measure to meet our customers’ requirements and to our strict specifications. The comfort, care and durability of our garments make them of incomparable quality.
CUSTOM EMBROIDERY
We embroider our own garments to meet the strict specifications of the most demanding chefs. We keep our polo shirts in stock, create the embroidery programmes and embroider everything in-house! Thanks to this exceptional know-how, we are very reactive and able to deliver in record time to anyone, anywhere!
